Roze Remit’s Referral Program

Invite your friends and family to try Roze Remit. When they send their first qualifying transfer, you both receive a reward, once the transfer is successfully completed and verified.

How It Works

Just share your referral link or code with a friend. They sign up using it and complete their first transfer. Once that goes through, the reward is added to both your accounts.

What You Get

You and your friend each receive £5 / €5 / AUD 5 / CAD 5 / CHF 5 (in your local currency). It’s credited directly to your Roze Remit account and ready to use on your next transfer.

Minimum Transfer Requirement

To unlock the reward, your friend needs to send at least £95 / €95 / AUD 95 / CAD 95 / CHF 95 on their first transfer. Once the transfer is successful, both of you receive the reward.

Using Your Rewards

Your rewards sit in your Roze Remit account and can be used on future transfers. You can apply up to 2% of your sending amount per transaction, helping you save a little each time you send.

How It Works

A Few Things to Know

Your friend must be a new user and must sign up using your referral link or code. All accounts go through standard verification checks, and rewards are only issued after a successful transfer. If a transaction is cancelled or reversed, the reward may also be adjusted.

Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

• Effective 15th March 2026 (the “Effective Date”), Referral Program (Refer a Friend) applies across all corridors.
• All existing and new customers are automatically eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Participation in this program implies a full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• A referral is considered only when a new user registers using the referrer’s (existing user of Roze Remit) unique link or code.
• A referral will be valid only if the invited user completes and pays his first transaction equal to or above the Minimum Transaction Values
• Reward is subject to referred (invitee) users successfully completing compliance checks (KYC / AML / Fraud Control) as set out by Roze Remit.
• You are responsible for any taxes or charges related to rewards received under this program. Roze Remit does not provide tax advice or assume liability for any tax obligations.
• The reward shall be given in local currency value for both referring user and referred user.
• If multiple referral links or codes are used, the reward will be issued based on the code applied at the time of registration. Any disputes arising from referral claims will be subject to review, and Roze Remit’s decision shall be final and binding.
• Referral rewards, as set out in the table below, will be issued to both the Referrer and Referee once the Referee completes a qualifying first transaction that meets the minimum threshold and passes all applicable verification and compliance checks.

• Rewards are credited in the customer’s Roze Remit Rewards Section and may be used toward future transfers, up to 2% of the sending amount in a single transaction.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits may be reversed if the qualifying transaction is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or identified as fraudulent.
• Referral Compliance checks are performed after each referral. No reward will be credited if a referral fails compliance or fraud checks.
• Roze Remit reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or deny any reward in cases of misuse, including but not limited to referring existing customers, referring users from the same household, fake or duplicate accounts, or abuse of the referral mechanism.
• Roze Remit may request for additional verifications including ID documents from participants at any time.
• Roze Remit may send push notifications or emails regarding reward credit status, their usage, balance and expiry.
• Roze Remit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions made by Roze Remit regarding reward eligibility or reversal are final and binding.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed under the jurisdiction applicable to Roze Remit’s main customer agreement.
• By participating in this program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Referrers must ensure they have obtained consent before sharing the contact details of any individuals they refer.
• If you believe that your referral claim/prize eligibility has been incorrectly denied, you may raise a dispute with our Customer Support team by emailing [email protected]
• Rewards are subject to verification. Roze Remit may delay or withhold a reward where necessary to complete checks, including but not limited to compliance reviews, fraud prevention, or suspected breaches of these Terms and Conditions. Roze Remit may also refuse to process transactions it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of applicable laws or these Terms.
